This message indicates the charger may be for private use, may not be enabled yet or you may need to be granted access before starting to charge. Please contact technical support or email our team support@enevi.com.au (mailto:support@enevi.com.au)so we can investigate.
Your balance and previous charging sessions can be viewed within the app menu under:
• Balance
• Charging History
Charging duration depends on several factors:
• The size of your vehicle’s battery
• The maximum charging rate your vehicle supports
• The charger’s power output
Regardless of the charger’s capacity, your vehicle will only draw power up to its supported maximum.
Charging capability depends on your vehicle. Some models support AC charging up to 7kW, while others can handle 11kW. DC charging speeds also vary, with some vehicles reaching 150kW and others up to 280kW.
enevi does not manage parking enforcement at charging locations. Responsibility for EV-only parking rests with the property owner or site operator. You may wish to contact the venue directly.
Please contact our support team (mailto:support@enevi.com.au)and let us know the station ID
All DC chargers come complete with charging cables. Whilst some AC chargers require drivers to bring their own cable. Please check the enevi app for more information about specific charging stations.
